Even though these are blooming size bulbs, L. wigginsii often takes a year to settle in, after transplanting, before blooming. Lilium wigginsii bulbs are very delicate, handle gently and use care when planting. If scales break off the bulb during planting, plant the scales 1 inch deep and they will make more bulbs.
